Odíhg Bùrkebà (/bʊr/ /ˈkebə/ [cotton; cloth] [relevant]) is a subtropical Large Town located in Kûgû Inege Kingdom, Niylili Provence, within the Dalandic Empire.

The name Odíhg Bùrkebà is derived from the Tauric language, as Odíhg Bùrkebà was founded by Trêyepí Bevans Nanne, who was culturaly Tauric.

Climate

Odíhg Bùrkebà has a yearly average temperature of 21°C (69°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 28°C (82°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cool 15°C (59°F). Overview

Odíhg Bùrkebà was founded durring the late 14th century in spring of the year 1266, by Trêyepí Bevans Nanne. The establishment of Odíhg Bùrkebà was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Odíhg Bùrkebà's construction back out of the project. Trêyepí Bevans Nanne pushed on reguardles, and Odíhg Bùrkebà was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.

Odíhg Bùrkebà was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the late 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Odíhg Bùrkebà is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Odíhg Bùrkebà is is constructed arround a series of crampt baked earthen mainstreets which form overlapping circles, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to eachother at varrious points. The town posesses a mighty albit amaturly crafted stone wall. It was built using querried stone blocks and posesses all of the standard defencive features, including a few watch towers. While it would last against a siege, the wall's outdated and simplistic construction method percludes the possability of Odíhg Bùrkebà weathering a full scale bombardment durring a siege. The budget focused millitary grade defenses has suffered a visible ammount of structural damage, leaving them effectivly useless. One can't help but wonder why the has not yet effected repairs.

Odíhg Bùrkebà has the unmistakable air of a town on its last legs. Everything is a bit slipshod and ramshackle. Everyone is at work, or drinking. No one has anything in their eyes other than fear and despair. Whatever industry once fueled Odíhg Bùrkebà ’s existence has dried up and the town is drifting down the stream of history as it dries up. Even with that as it is, everything is just a little too worn down, a little too dirty, or much of both. The town should be gone, not dying. No one makes eye contact. Kids play quietly, but happily. Occasionally a passerby glances at you out of the corner of their eye, staring just long enough for it to be uncomfortable.

Odíhg Bùrkebà's town hall was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is known primarily for its use of abstraction and simplicity. Clean lines, right angles, and primary colors characterized this aesthetic and art movement expressed via architecture and paintings. Its design ethos allows only primary colors and non-colors, only squares and rectangles, only straight and horizontal or vertical lines. Vertical and horizontal lines are positioned in layers or planes that do not intersect, thereby allowing each element to exist independently and unobstructed by other elements. These seemingly impossible principals for an architectural style coalesces into structures which most experts find hard to put into words. It is not that their geometry is impossible, but rather the style's attempt at producing works only describable visually was most successful..

In Odíhg Bùrkebà rain occurs in reverse with water pooling up from the earth then falling into the skies to from clouds, this unsettles every visitor that sees it.

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century, Odíhg Bùrkebà was attacked by a group of nobles with their private armies. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Odíhg Bùrkebà lost 293 people, 133 livestock, and 87 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 36, when members of Odíhg Bùrkebà's militia enacted an operation to patrol a specific area to dissuade the enemy from their current activities. The operation was complicated by one of the key objectives in the operation requiring sticking to a very strict and short time table. The conflict ended with an assault and siege on the production site, which ended in a crushing defeat for Odíhg Bùrkebà's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Odíhg Bùrkebà's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
